The Game Accused of Creating “Shell” Companies to Not Pay Sexual Assault Victim

The Game still has yet to pay Priscilla Rainey. If you are unfamiliar with the story, Rainey sued The Game for sexual assault, which occurred during her time on the rapper’s 2015 reality series She’s Got Game.

Rainey stated The Game “forcefully reach[ed] his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks” during a dinner. As a result of the suit, The Game pays Rainey $7 million in damages but has yet to do so.

Radar Online reveals to continue avoiding the payment, The Game has created “shell” companies. Rainey is suing the rapper again, along with the various companies he is believed to have created. The defendants now include JTT Holdings, Inc, F12 & Associates, 5th Amendment Entertainment, and Pass Go 2 Win LLC. The Game’s manager, Cash M. Jones, is included in the suit, as Jones is named the owner of the 5th Amendment.

Rainey is also targeting the rapper’s mansion that was placed on the market and sold off.
