Queen Naija Claps Back at Critics Who Shamed Her BBL Decision

The conversation of women enhancing their bodies with cosmetic surgery has been a hot topic lately. While most Instagram models and influencers have followed the trend, there are still women who stand firmly in the skin that God has naturally given them.

Detroit singer, Queen Naija stood her ground in defending her decision to get a BBL after a social media user joked about the “Set Him Up” singer not fully loving herself.

“Will never get over how @queennaija was telling mfs to love themselves how they are and then got a BBL like OKAY MISS MAMAS,” the post read.

Instead of letting it go like most celebrities, Queen actually responded to the fan to set the record straight.

“The song was speaking to myself. the song was about not letting a man stop you from knowing your worth and being you, it had nothing to do with whether I decided to get a BBL or not, but I guess you’re just a little too shallow to understand.”

In May of 2019, the singer uploaded a video to Instagram being completely transparent about the work she received on her body. When the critics came then, Naija stepped into the comments in The Shade Room to let the haters known that this was her decision and she’s going to stick beside it!
