R. Kelly is set to go on trial on August 9th for racketeering charges and prosecutors filed a 55-page motion seeking permission to add new evidence to the case.
Federal prosecutors claim they have evidence of several uncharged offenses committed by the disgraceful singer including bribing officials for information and sexually abusing underaged boys.
According to the filing, R. Kelly began a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old boy that he met in McDonald’s in Chicago in 2006. That boy introduced Kelly to another teenaged boy who he also had a sexual relationship with, and allegedly coerced him to have sex with others and videotaped it.
Prosecutors claim they have a witness that claims Kelly made her download child pornography that included boys.
The filing also claims that R. Kelly bribed a Cook County clerk in Illinois in an attempt to get more information about his case following the release of the bombshell Surviving R. Kelly docu-series.
R. Kelly remains jailed in Brooklyn and maintained his innocence against all charges brought against him.
