FLO Announces Sophomore Album ‘Therapy at the Club,’ Shares Title Track
British R&B-pop trio FLO returns with their second studio album, ‘Therapy at the Club,’ arriving this July alongside a new title track.
The British R&B-pop trio FLO is preparing to bring the summer heat with the announcement of their highly anticipated second studio album, Therapy at the Club. The project is scheduled for release on July 24 via Republic Records.
Reflecting on the upcoming record, the group shared, “We’re incredibly proud to finally share Therapy at the Club, our sophomore album, with the world. It’s a body of work that feels super personal to us; it’s been a labour of love. For us, the club is more than just a night out, it’s like therapy. I mean, where else do you feel more understood than in a girls’ bathroom on a night out… that’s the vibe!”
The trio also emphasized their increased creative involvement in this project. “We’ve been very hands-on with the writing and creation of this project alongside our very special collaborators, and that’s made it even more meaningful to us,” they added. “This album represents where we are right now — honest, evolving, and unafraid to feel everything. We really hope you love it!”
According to official press materials, the album features songwriting contributions from Amy Allen, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta, and Boy Matthews, with production and creative input from previous collaborators including Oak Felder, Sevyn Streeter, and Skippz.
Alongside the announcement, the group released the title track as the project’s second single. Produced by Lostboy, Leroy Clampitt, and Lauren “Amma” Keen, the soulful, piano-driven ballad serves as a refuge from life’s pressures. “If you ever fall out of love, try therapy at the club,” the trio sings in the chorus.
The 16-track album will also feature the previously released lead single, “Leak It.” The group noted that the track “unlocks a core memory of being a young girl, listening to girl group music and feeling empowered.”

Therapy at the Club follows the group’s Grammy-nominated debut, Access All Areas, which arrived in 2024. That project made a significant impact on the charts, debuting at No. 20 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart and No. 163 on the Billboard 200. In the U.K., the album opened at No. 3, marking the highest-charting debut by a British R&B girl group since Mis-Teeq’s Lickin’ On Both Sides in 2001.
