Deb Antney Says Gucci Mane Took $5K From French Montana and Didn’t Deliver a Verse
The legend of Gucci Mane continues to grow. Gucci’s former manager and the mother of Waka Flocka, Deb Antney, recalls a moment the rapper stole $5,000 from French Montana.
Antney appeared on Drink Champs and broke down the moment, citing Big Guwop was not a fan of Montana.
“Gucci didn’t like French,” Antney said. “Because the first time he went into the studio to do a song with him, he paid Gucci $5,000 to get on a feature. And he was just sitting in the studio and Gucci was gone out the backdoor. Gucci just took the money and left.”
She said she made up for the issue by giving French the money before turning the feature over to Flocka.
