Jennifer Lopez made is Instagram official with her ex turned next, Ben Affleck on her 52nd birthday. But that didn’t stop Alex Rodriguez from showing her love subtly and privately.
J. Lo’s sister, Lynda Lopez, posted a birthday tribute to her “original BFF.”
“Not only are you the most fun, and my ride or die, You light the world and show me what’s possible and are my inspiration always. Sometimes I can’t believe I was so lucky that God put the beautiful soul that is you into my life. Wishing you your best birthday yet!” Lynda wrote alongside a selfie photo with Jennifer.

Sources confirm that the former couple are “on cordial terms and do communicate about their joint ventures.” However, the insider notes, “Once J.Lo became more serious with Ben, the communication became even more limited.”
A second insider added, “He values her friendship and her partnership. He wishes her well and her kids well,” the source tells E! News. “They don’t communicate much but they do have a lot of businesses together.”
The insider adds, “Alex is enjoying his time with his friends and family. He’s in a great place. He’s happy with where he is in his life and he’s having fun spending time with his team, friends and family.”
