Lifetime has announced that He Couldn’t Let Go, starring Christina Milian, will make its television debut this summer. The thriller, which also features Steven Strait (The Expanse, Sky High), is scheduled to premiere on July 11 at 8 p.m. ET on the network.
According to the film’s logline, the story follows a tense work encounter that leaves a disgruntled colleague on the run, forcing Mariana, played by Christina Milian, into a terrifying fight for survival during what was supposed to be a quiet night at home.
The cast of He Couldn’t Let Go also includes Annie Gonzalez (Gentefied) and Gregg Wayans (Scary Movie 6). The production is helmed by FOX Entertainment Studios in association with Neon Kite and is distributed by FOX Entertainment Global. The executive production team features Chad Hayes, Carey Hayes, Larry Grimaldi, Hannah Pillemer, and Fernando Szew, with co-executive producers Ani Kevork and Carmen Milian.
Originally released in 2024 under the title Body Language, the film is currently available for those who wish to stream it ahead of the broadcast premiere via the Lifetime Movie Club.
