Chris Brown’s ′11:11′ Returns to Top 5 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums Chart

Chris Brown’s 11th album, 11:11, has surged across multiple Billboard charts this week following the release of his 11:11 (Deluxe). 

On the Billboard 200, led by Future and Metro Boomin’s We Still Don’t Trust You, Brown’s 11:11 jumps 82 spots to No. 24.

According to HitsDailyDouble, the album sold 24,732 equivalent units, which includes streaming and sales activity from the deluxe edition. 

On the Top R&B Albums chart, 11:11 jumps from No. 13 to No. 2 in its 23rd week on the chart.

Elsewhere on Billboard, 11:11 advances from No. 43 to No. 9 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and re-enters at No. 24 on the Top Streaming Albums chart. 

A couple of songs from the deluxe album are also charting. The fan-favorite “Residuals,” produced by Eric Hudson and Blaq Tuxedo, debuts at No. 4 on the R&B Digital Song Sales chart. It tallies Brown’s 52nd top 10 hit out of 82 entries on this chart.

Furthermore, “Residuals” begins at No. 15 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales, Brown’s 119th entry on the chart.

On Hot R&B Songs, “Residuals” debuts at No. 15. “Go Girlfriend,” another Blaq Tuxedo-produced track from the deluxe, arrives at No. 24 on the Hot R&B Songs chart.

Brown now has 94 entries on this chart, which ranks songs by streaming activity, radio airplay audience impressions and sales data. 

11:11 (Deluxe) was released April 11 via Chris Brown Entertainment/RCA Records. The album includes 13 new songs plus the 22 songs from the standard edition.

Additionally, the deluxe features collaborations with Mario, Bryson Tiller, Davido, Lil Wayne, Joyner Lucas, and Tee Grizzley.

The standard version of 11:11 was released Nov. 10, 2023. The album debuted at No. 9 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the Top R&B Albums charts. It includes the Grammy-nominated single “Summer Too Hot,” plus the No. 1 radio hit “Sensational” featuring Davido and Lojay.

Other features on the album include Future, Fridayy, Maeta, and Byron Messia. At the time of publication, the album’s most streamed song on Spotify is the opening track, “Angel Numbers / Ten Toes,” which is nearing 150 million streams. 

In other music-related news, Brown appears on Nicki Minaj’s “FTCU (Sleeze Mix),” along with rappers Travis Scott and Sexyy Red.

This summer, Brown will embark on his 11:11 Tour with special guests Maeta, Muni Long and Ayra Starr. Maeta will join Brown on all tour dates, while Long and Starr will appear in select cities.
