Yungeen Ace Drops Ruthless Julio Foolio Diss Track “Do It” Mere Hours After Foolio Dies
The Hip-Hop community suffered another loss this weekend as Julio Foolio was shot and killed on his 26th birthday in Florida. Yungeen Ace added salt to the wound by releasing a diss track aimed at the slain rapper titled “Do It.”
“Seven days a week, we run this bi**h, we spinnin’/ Any day this week, I bet a ni**a come up missin’/ Ni**a better stay on point (What), he better not be out here slippin’/ Ayy, let’s call his bi**h, these bi**hes up in here/ Ayy, ni**a be tryin’ and sh*t, ni**a be dyin’ and sh*t, uh, uh/ Tell him go free that h* ‘fore Tillie go blam the bi**h, uh, uh,” he rapped.
The two rappers had been feuding for years as part of a larger beef between Ace’s crew ATK and Foolio’s crew KTA. Their issues were taken to wax when Ace appeared on “Who I Smoke” and mentioned several of Ace’s fallen associates. Foolio followed up with “When I See You,” where he sampled the audio from news coverage where Ace’s brother’s death was discussed.
Julio Foolio was shot and killed at a Holiday Inn while celebrating his 26th birthday this weekend. “Mr. Jones had been in Tampa to celebrate his birthday over the weekend,” his attorney Lewis Fusco said. “Law enforcement reports indicate that he initially stayed at an Airbnb but was asked to leave due to exceeding occupancy limits. He subsequently relocated to the Holiday Inn, where he was involved in an incident in the hotel parking lot and reportedly ambushed.”
Three other people were injured in the shooting. At the time of publishing, no one has been arrested for Foolio’s killing. He publicly shared the address for his birthday celebration, which was likely the cause for those he had issues with knowing where to go to hurt him.
