Kevin Gates Claims Boosie Badazz’s “Mr. Louisiana” Title For Himself On Track “F*k Em”

Kevin Gates is raising eyebrows with his new track “F*k Em,” where fans believe he’s takes shots at Boosie Badazz.

The song, explicit enough to receive an age restriction on YouTube, hears him rap: “You ain’t New Orleans to Baton Rouge, still in the trenches controlling traffic/ You don’t pull up and hop out solo, you ain’t Mr. Louisiana…”

Gates later adds, “…Bi**h I’m here, I’m Mr. Louisiana,” seemingly challenging Boosie’s longtime self-proclaimed title.

Earlier this year, Boosie said in an interview with VladTV that he, Gates, NBA YoungBoy, and Fredo Bang participated in a group FaceTime to address any rumored tensions.

“I ain’t never had no issues with [Gates],” Boosie declared. “If I had an issue with him, it would have been known.”

Despite this, fans on social media have connected the new song to past interactions, using old clips and interviews as potential evidence of subliminal disses.

The history between Gates and Boosie dates back to 2009, following the murder of Gates’ associate Nussie, when rumors linked Boosie to the incident. Boosie was later cleared of any involvement in 2012. In 2016, reports emerged of an onstage scuffle between their entourages during a festival performance in Louisville, Kentucky.

“I can’t control who people do songs with,” Boosie said in reference to Gates’ connection to Nussie. “Kevin Gates ain’t never said he was coming out there for nobody. I ain’t never had nothing with no Gates.”

As of now, the “Wipe Me Down” rapper has not publicly responded to Gates’ new track.
