Kaytranada Announces ‘Timeless Tour’ Dates
Grammy-winning producer and DJ Kaytranada has unveiled the dates for his headlining Timeless Tour.
The North American leg kicks off Sept. 14 at Deer Lake Park in Vancouver. The Canadian artist will then make stops in Chicago, Toronto, Philadelphia, New York, and Atlanta.
The Live Nation-produced tour wraps up Oct. 26 at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.
According to Kaytranada, more dates will be announced soon.
DJ and rapper Channel Tres will join Kaytranada as a special guest across all dates, with appearances from Amaarae, Sam Gellaitry, Kitty Ca$h, and Lou Phelps in select cities.
Pre-sale tickets, powered by Seated, will be available on Thursday, July 18, at 10 a.m. local time. General on-sale tickets for the Timeless Tour will be available Friday, July 19, at 10 a.m. local time.
Kaytranada’s upcoming tour is named after his third album, Timeless, released June 7 via RCA Records.
The 21-track set features collaborations with Childish Gambino, Anderson .Paak, SiR, Dawn Richard, Thundercat, Tinashe, Ravyn Lenae, Rochelle Jordan, Durand Bernarr, Channel Tres, Charlotte Day Wilson and more.
In a 2023 interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, Kaytranada shared, “I think this album is going to be more hands-on, and it’s unapologetically like, we’re going to do it right.”
He added, “Even if I did it right before, I’m like, okay, I’m in a new phase in my life and I’m going to package it how I want it in a way, because I already did that.”
Timeless is the follow-up to Kaytranada’s Grammy-winning album, Bubba, released in 2019.
Kaytranada made history at the 2021 Grammy Awards, becoming the first Black artist to win Best Dance/Electronic Album.
Before Kaytranada embarks on his Timeless Tour, he will play at upcoming festivals, including the Global Dance Festival in Seattle, Broccoli City Festival in Washington, D.C., and Outside Lands in San Fransisco.
