Man City x A$AP Rocky: A High-Fashion Football Collaboration
A$AP Rocky and Manchester City have teamed up for a limited-edition apparel collection, blending football heritage with modern streetwear aesthetics.
Manchester City, PUMA, and A$AP Rocky have officially launched a limited-edition apparel collection, marking a significant intersection between high-end streetwear and professional football. The collaboration is intrinsically tied to Rocky’s highly anticipated 2026 album, Don’t Be Dumb, and debuted in conjunction with his September 5th concert at Co-op Live.
The centerpiece of the collection is a long-sleeve PUMA King jersey, rendered in a sophisticated black and archive gold colorway. The design features “DON’T BE DUMB” typography running down the sleeve, integrated with AWGE branding, while a bold “MANCHESTER” graphic adorns the back. Fans were also given the opportunity to customize their own club kits—including Home, Away, and Third jerseys—with exclusive “A$AP 11” name and number printing.
Beyond the retail offerings, a specialized players-only version was developed, showcasing a sky-blue aesthetic that pays homage to Manchester City’s traditional identity. This version includes unique “D.B.D.” sleeve detailing and a provocative “STOP SNITCHIN, MANCHESTER” graphic on the reverse.
The collection was released on a first-come, first-served basis at the Man City Stadium Store, with select items featuring “Golden Tickets” granting access to the concert or the weekend’s match. The rollout began with a one-night pop-up event at Black Milk in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, which was transformed into the “Don’t Be Dumb Caff” to immerse fans in the collaboration’s creative vision.
A$AP Rocky has emphasized that the project was designed to honor the legacy of Manchester City while maintaining his distinct creative fingerprint. This partnership, alongside his concurrent work with AC Milan, underscores the growing influence of music icons in the global football fashion landscape.
