Xscape, Bell Biv DeVoe, Q Parker and More to Perform at Winterfest 2024
Atlanta’s V-103 radio station, powered by Audacy, has announced the lineup for its annual Winterfest event.
The concert, named the All White Affair Vol. 2, is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 20, at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
This year’s Winterfest performers feature legendary R&B acts such as Bell Biv DeVoe, Xscape, and Silk.
Q Parker, formerly of 112, will present a segment in which he brings his industry friends, such as RL (of Next), Carl Thomas, and Jase4Real (of Soul 4 Real), to the stage.
Audacy has stated that more performers will be announced before the event. “Winterfest is a staple holiday event in Atlanta and we’re excited to bring it back with another fantastic lineup,” says Reggie Rouse, V-103’s vice president of programming and brand manager. “These artists have mega hits spanning multiple decades. It’s going to be a party!”
Audacy and V-103 have requested that concert attendees adhere to a white dress code.

Past Winterfest performers have included Chris Brown, Usher, Maxwell, Jazmine Sullivan, Monica, and more. Last year’s event celebrated hip-hop’s 50th anniversary.
Xscape’s upcoming performance at Winterfest follows their co-headlining Queens of R&B Tour with SWV. The show will occur during Bell Biv DeVoe‘s co-headlining R&B Forever Tour with TGT. Silk will also join as a special guest for the trek with BBD.
Most recently, RL joined Case on his new single “Naked,” along with Raheem DeVaughn. Before that, he worked with Kenyon Dixon and Q Parker on respective tracks.
Earlier this year, Carl Thomas was part of Tank’s R&B Money Tour alongside Keri Hilson. He also performed at other festivals and celebrations, and reintroduced R&B supergroup The Chi with Dave Hollister, adding new member Syleena Johnson.
As for Q Parker, he released a new single “Beg,” which debuted at No. 26 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart, marking his first entry in over a decade.
