Newly Surfaced Video Footage Shows Cops Assaulting George Floyd Before Murdering Him
It’s about to be a week since the execution of George Floyd and peaceful protests have erupted across the nation. However, they were agitated by police officers and infiltrated by undercover cops and crisis actors.
Although there’s video footage that is clear as day of the wrongful death of Floyd, there are still people on the fence about the way people handle their outrage, but here’s another reason to be mad.
Another angle of the #GeorgeFloyd’s infamous arrest recently surfaced and it shows him getting assaulted by an officer while another one watched.
This video was reportedly taken right before Floyd was slammed to the ground and Officer Chauvin had his knee on his neck for almost nine minutes as he pleaded that he couldn’t breathe.
Gregory Floyd’s lynching follows a string of racial injustices against Black people across the country.
Breonna Taylor was shot eight times after police broke into her Kentucky home. Amy Cooper called the cops and falsely claimed that Christian Cooper was threatening her after he asked her to leash her dog. Natosha “Tony” McDade was shot and killed by police in Tallahassee. You can’t even sleep in peace in your home while being Black.
Protestors in Minnesota, Atlanta, Ohio, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and many more cities took the streets to call for justice.
Chauvin was arrested and is being held on $500,000 bail. However, no charges were made. His wife, Kellie, is reportedly filing for divorce after 10 years of marriage. But this is chess, not checkers and this was most likely a move to protect their assets.
This isn’t the crooked officer’s first rodeo and he’s linked to murders dating back to 2001. Additionally, he worked with Floyd at a bar for 17 years which makes this horrific moment even sicker!
But this also isn’t the first time that a police officer brutalized an unarmed Black man to death, and none of them were charged or faced any jail time. Authorities are already setting up their story: The autopsy is blaming Floyd’s alleged underlying conditions for his death.
Every tragedy is followed by infiltrated, directionless protests that further divide the Black community and don’t yield any results.
Black people are literally begging to stop being killed, and there are people, sadly even Black people, saying “but…” Killer Mike suggested that we organize, strategize, and mobilize and it sounds like the most beneficial option. What are your thoughts?
