Luenell has been well-known for her comedy for decades but she’s not playing about the coronavirus.
There’s a global order for everyone to practice social distancing to flatten the curve on the coronavirus, however, there are some folks that believe the pandemic is just a conspiracy.
The comedian took to Instagram to announce that she banned her daughter from their home for not taking the virus outbreak seriously. “It pains me…Breaks my damn geart but I have made the decision to ban my daughter from my home,” she said. “These kids are not taking the seriousness of the handwashing and sh*t seriously. I love my baby but this sh*t is scary and I’m not fukking around. Laughing in my face and thinking I’m overreacting has convinced me to shut everybody down except one person. I want to live. I’m sorry but…bye.”
The 61-year-old wrote a lengthy caption in the since-deleted post explaining that it was an emotional decision but had to be done for her and her husband’s health. “I have to make the best decision for me and my husband who is Already suffering from COPD [Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease],” Lunell wrote. She also took a jab at the millennials who thinks she’s “overreacting” because she isn’t “woke” enough.
She advised that “some of You might want to think of the activities of Your children outside of your house these days as well.”
