Kodak Black Threatens to Sue Walmart Over Fake Sniper Gang Chains

Kodak Black did not give Walmart permission to drive the boat and now he’s threatening to sue.

The megastore is getting dragged online for selling knock off Sniper Gang chains. The rapper’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, told TMZ, “We have been aware of the situation and have prepared a cease and desist letter to Walmart and the seller on the Walmart website.”

Kodak’s legal team added, “If Walmart refuses to recognize that the seller is not a licensed authorized dealer of Sniper Gang products, we will be proceeding with a lawsuit against both Walmart and the unauthorized seller.”

Kodak Black isn’t the only rapper who took an issue with the superstore over their jewelry.

Lil Baby addressed Walmart for selling his 4 Pockets Full chain for $24.99. “Walmart got me fucced up,” he tweeted. But there aren’t any reports suggesting that the situation was escalated to a legal matter.

Of course the retail giant is point the finger at third-party sellers.
