Keke Palmer and SRG-ILS Group Announce Partnership, Readies New Music
Keke Palmer and her Big Bosses Entertainment label have entered a partnership with SRG-ILS Group.
The company, which distributes its releases via Virgin Music Group/UMG, has a roster that includes Chaka Khan, Keith Sweat, Lalah Hathaway, Tito Jackson, and Kenny Lattimore, to name a few.
According to press materials, Palmer’s first release under her partnership is set to arrive in early summer.
In spring 2023, Palmer released her album Big Boss via Big Bosses Entertainment and followed up in the fall with a deluxe edition. Palmer supported Big Boss on a sold-out headlining tour.
Palmer’s other projects released under Big Bosses include 2020’s Virgo Tendencies, Pt. 1 and Virgo Tendencies, Pt. 2.
Palmer founded Big Bosses Entertainment in 2017 with her mother, Sharon Palmer, and her longtime music manager Big Billy Clark.
In other Keke Palmer news, the Emmy-winning actress is set to star in an untitled buddy comedy with R&B star SZA. According to Deadline, Lawrence Lamont (Rap Sh!t) will direct the Issa Rae-produced film, which will be released under TriStar Pictures.
On Nov. 19, Palmer will release her memoir Master of Me via Flatiron Books.
