JayDon’s ‘Lullaby’ Hits No. 1 at Urban Radio
Emerging R&B singer JayDon has secured his first No. 1 hit. His Paradise-assisted smooth jam “Lullaby” jumps two spots at urban radio this week, dethroning Cardi B’s “ErrTime” from the summit.
According to Mediabase, “Lullaby” received 5,215 monitored spins (up 601 from the prior week), with 11.4 million audience impressions.
“All praise to the almighty. God is great. Almost a year later man.. thank you to all the DJ’s & program directors all over,” JayDon wrote on Instagram. “Shoutout my bro @cantfindparadise.”
On Billboard’s Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart, led by Kehlani’s “Folded,” “Lullaby” moves up one spot to its new peak (No. 4).
Produced by HARV and written by Felisha King-Harvey, “Lullaby” was released Feb. 14, 2025. It’s the lead single from JayDon’s debut EP, Me My Songs & I, which dropped in October via Zoo / mega / gamma.
In December, R&B superstar Usher, who co-owns mega with L.A. Reid, joined JayDon and Paradise for the official “Lullaby (mega remix).”
While “Lullaby” continues to reach the masses, JayDon’s next single, “I’ll Be Good,” is set to impact urban radio on March 9 and March 10.
On March 24, JayDon will perform at The Blue Note in Los Angeles.
