Felony Domestic Violence Case Dropped Against Faith Evans, Stevie J Declines to Testify

According to a recent report from TMZ, Faith Evans’ felony domestic violence case has been dropped after her alleged victim, husband Stevie J refused to testify against her.

The Los Angeles DA’s Office says that they cannot prosecute Biggie’s former widow because her hubby will not cooperate with prosecutors.

Faith was arrested last month at the couple’s Los Angeles home after a heated argument turned violent. According to the police report, the Hip Hop producer and reality star were discovered by authorities with scratches on his neck, which led to the arrest.

The good news is, the couple are still together and have no plans on calling it quits. Now, that’s what you call “for better or for worse..”
