Drake Redefines Home Luxury In Upcoming Cover Story With Architectural Digest
MTV Cribs, Who?
The palace known as The Embassy is the house that Drake built, or better yet manifested. Billboard’s Hot 100 king is the latest to cover the upcoming May issue of Architectural Design. The cover story gives readers an in-depth look into 50,000 square feet of regality, where Drake calls home.
“Because I was building it in my hometown, I wanted the structure to stand firm for 100 years, said the hit-making superstar. “I wanted it to have a monumental scale and feel. It will be one of the things I leave behind, so it had to be timeless and strong.”
Over the past several months, we’ve only gotten a glimpse of the opulent crib, especially NBA regulation-sized basketball court. It has been the host to a number of basketball tournaments amongst his friend pre-Quarantine season.
His latest crib cameo comes in the “Tootsie Slide” video, where he dances in a number of rooms including his kitchen and hallways.
There is nothing like The Embassy, period; now, we can see it for ourselves.
