DaBaby’s ‘Rockstar’ Featuring Roddy Ricch Hits No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100
Blame It on Baby to mess around and hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. DaBaby’s single “Rockstar” featuring Roddy Ricch has made the jump from No. 3 on the list to the top slot.
The ascension to No. 1 is the first single for the North Carolina rapper to hit the top of the charts, while it becomes the second for Roddy Ricch following “The Box,” which did the same earlier this year.
The song is from the Blame It on Baby album, which also went to the top of the Billboard 200 in May, bringing in help like Megan Thee Stallion, Youngboy Never Broke Again, and more. “Rockstar” also holds pole position on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Song and Hot Rap Songs chart.
DaBaby celebrated the single’s achievement on the chart, “What’s next? Tell me something else I can’t do.”
The Billboard Hot 100 is full of Hip-Hop artists as Drake, Thee Stallion, Drake, Quavo, and SAINt JHN all hold a spot on the list.
