Introducing ‘Hall of Fame’

To build anticipation for the full-length project, Chxrry has unveiled her latest single, “Hall of Fame.” Produced by her frequent collaborator Believve, the track serves as a sonic bridge between modern R&B and the high-energy, electropop sensibilities that dominated the early 2010s. The production is crisp and driving, providing a perfect backdrop for Chxrry’s assertive vocal delivery.

Lyrically, the song is a testament to confidence and self-assuredness. Chxrry adopts a competitive, triumphant tone, effectively dismissing romantic rivals and asserting her dominance in a relationship. With lyrics like, “Don’t need a weekend or a reason / Imma take it higher than the CN tonight,” she captures the essence of a “windows-down” anthem designed for late-night escapades.

Building Momentum

“Hall of Fame” follows a string of successful releases throughout 2025, including “Groupie,” “Main Character,” and “Just Like Me.” These tracks are expected to be included on U, Me & My Ego, signaling a cohesive vision for her debut. This album follows her 2023 EP, Siren, which showcased a significant evolution from her 2022 debut, The Other Side.

Reflecting on her growth, Chxrry has previously noted that her earlier work was defined by uncertainty and the pressure of “making it.” In contrast, Siren allowed her to embrace her identity and tell her stories with newfound creative freedom. This trajectory suggests that U, Me & My Ego will be her most authentic and polished work to date.

A Rising Star in the XO Ecosystem

As the first woman signed to The Weeknd’s XO Records, Chxrry has been positioned in the upper echelons of the industry. Her experience supporting The Weeknd on the Australian leg of his After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour has provided her with invaluable exposure to global audiences. Furthermore, her contribution to his chart-topping album Hurry Up Tomorrow, specifically on the track “Reflections Laughing,” has solidified her status as a formidable talent to watch.
