Big Sean Says ‘Detroit 2’ Has a Song Produced by J Dilla

For a Detroit rapper like Big Sean getting the chance to have a J Dilla produced beat on your album has to be special.

Speaking with DJ Khaled on Instagram Live, Sean revealed that a J Dilla track will be on the Detroit 2 album and it was helped by secured by Common, who also called to check on Khaled recently.

“That’s my brother!” Sean said. “He actually helped plug me with the J Dilla beats. So, thank you Common!”

Khaled doubled back to make sure that he was saying that Dilla was on the record. “I might be talking way too much,” Sean offered as a response.
