PARTYNEXTDOOR Reveals Details About His Collaborative Album With Drake

Drake got music fans excited when he announced a forthcoming collaborative album with PARTYNEXTDOOR, though he was scarce when it came to details. The “Recognize” artist recently revealed how many songs fans can expect to hear on their first-ever full-length project together.

PND was interviewed by internet personality Awaiz Punjani and asked what his favorite collaboration with his OVO boss was. They have an impressive catalog together, including “Over Here,” “Come And See Me,” “With You,” “Loyal,” and more. However, the 31-year-old artist was more into something that the world hasn’t heard yet.

“The one we doing right now,” he said emphatically. “All 15 we doing right now.” There we have it, there will be 15 new songs coming from the Toronto duo. Watch the clip below.

Drake announced the collaborative project when he appeared at PARTYNEXTDOOR’s Toronto show last Friday (Aug. 2). The show was dubbed “PARTYNEXTDOOR & Friends,” a fitting title for their relationship beyond the October’s Very Own label. The 6 God performed a slew of records he doesn’t typically deliver live, namely “Sweeterman,” “Pipe Down,” and “Faithful.”

At the end of his set, he dropped some big news on the Toronto crowd. “I know all you girls are outside and when it gets a little chilly, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake album will be right there for you,” he said excitedly.

For many people, this project is long overdue. The duo has delivered multiple classic records over the last decade, earning PARTY a spot in the conversation when people discuss Drake’s best collaborator. Their last linkup came in October 2023 on “Members Only” from Drizzy’s For All The Dogs. Considering both artists can rap and sing, this album could provide a variety of vibes for fans. It is just a matter of whether the two artists, notoriously known for pump-faking release dates, will actually release in 2024.
