Megan Thee Stallion Promises “Return” Amid Festival Season
Megan Thee Stallion uploaded a teaser last week, sparking excitement for a new era. The 30-year-old performer shared a clip with the hashtag #RETURNOFTHESTALLION ahead of her Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival performance on Sunday (April 13).
In the video, the Grammy-winner sported an orange mullet haircut, bandages on her hands, and a metallic bronze bikini as she danced and showed off her physique. An additional person is also featured in the teaser. The video is ended with the “Cocky Af” rapper wearing ankle-length braids, a black bathing suit, and boots in the desert, welcoming fans to see her at Coachella during both weekends of the festival.
Week one brought a roaring crowd a stunning set from the Chicas Divertidas founder. During the show, Megan Thee Stallion was joined by Hip-Hop pioneer Queen Latifah, collaborator and Grammy-winner Victoria Monét, and music veteran Ciara.
In addition to Coachella, the Houston hottie is set to perform at Summerfest in Milwaukee this summer.
Megan Thee Stallion’s last release came in October 2024 with MEGAN: ACT II, an extended version of her MEGAN album released last June. As new music is anticipated, the rapper shared minimal details about her upcoming work with fans on TikTok.
“I only want to do features with people that I feel like either one, I haven’t done a feature with yet, and two, like that I listen to on my own time… People I actually, ya know, like f*ck with,” she explained, per Hot 97.
She continued to exclaim, “I do wanna do a song with Doechii. That is on my album wishlist.”
