Mary J. Blige Spreads Joy In “You Ain’t The Only One” Music Video

Mary J. Blige takes an empowering stroll through a city in need in the “You Ain’t The Only One” music video. Co-directed by Eif Rivera, the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul encounters everyday people faced with challenging circumstances. As the 53-year-old becomes present, the situations change for the better.

“Wе all have pain, been through some things in life/Why complain ‘causе the world don’t care?/Life is a game, just play the hand you were dealt/So the sun will shine through the rain,” rallies the encouraging song.

The track is the second single from Blige’s upcoming Gratitude album, due next month.

“I mean, look at my life right now,” she explained, detailing the meaning behind the album title.

“I’m in a constant state of gratitude. I feel good. I have jobs and opportunities. I’m healthy. My family’s healthy. I have people around who care for me and love me and I have amazing fans. I am so grateful to my fans for all the years of love they given to me, and support.”

According to Rated R&B, Gratitude is set to feature Jadakiss, Fabolous, A$AP FERG, and Fat Joe across 12 tracks. Earlier this year, she implied the work would probably be her “last studio album.”

She is also headlining the ‘For My Fans’ tour starting in January 2025, bringing along Ne-Yo and Mario.

“When it’s all said and done, it’s never all said and done, I owe my fans a gratitude I can’t put into words, so I put it into a show. For My Fans Tour coming soon, see you there,” shared the Grammy winner.
