Errol Spence Jr. To Fight Danny Garcia This Fall: Report

Errol Spence Jr. has had an emotional last few months as he recently got into a violent car accident that could have cost him his life. Luckily, Spence was able to escape from the wreck with nothing but broken teeth. He has been hard at work since the incident and is looking to continue his training so that he can defend his unified Welterweight titles. There have been quite a few rumors over the past few months as to who he would fight next and it appears as though now, we have our answer.

The Athletic reporter Mike Coppinger recently wrote an article stating that this Fall, Spence will get to fight Danny Garcia, which is a name that has been thrown around quite a bit. Garcia has been climbing up the ranks as of late and he would be the perfect challenger for Spence who has continued to prove himself as one of the best boxers in the entire world.

This fight would have happened back in January but after Spence’s crash, it was noted that he should take a break so that he could get healthy again. With the fight happening in the Fall, we’re sure both fighters will be in great shape for whatever happens next.
