Teyana Taylor Previews New Album at Listening Party In Beverly Hills

Last night Teyana Taylor debuted The Album as Terrence J and Karreuche hosted her listening party in Beverly Hills, LA.

It was a star-studded “kickback” to say the least. Close friends and family enjoyed an amazing night of food, drinks, and social distancing last night in LA while getting a first hand listen to Teyana Taylor’s new project.

Cardi B alongside her husband Offset, and adorable daughter Kulture were among many big names in attendance. Trey Songz, Odell Beckham Jr, Quavo, Lena Waithe, Winnie Harlow, Justin Combs, and Taylor’s husband Iman Shumpert also shared the evening with family and a few select fans.

Supporters of Teyana Taylor have been waiting patiently as the superstar juggles family life with an amazing career that has garnered so much incredible content. And last night, onlookers were gifted with a project that the world will love for sure!

The Beverly Hills location was designed as an experience for the listener. With the 5 Parts of The Album breaking down into 5 separate “studios”. Each with its own vibe and aesthetic to accompany the music.

I caught up with Def Jam SVP Tuo Clark who works very close to Taylor. “This Teyana album is special man. It’s definitely R&B. If you’re an R&B connoisseur, and you’ve been lacking to hear love, the grooves, the feel, and the vibrations of real R&B; That’s what this album is,” Clark said. “This album is definitely a vibe. It’s definitely about vibrations. You Know? The whole aesthetic behind her even calling this “The Album” is just that she (Teyana) wanted time give her fans more music of just her! More to just digest. So this 23 Track Album is definitely that. It’s a feel. It’s a vibe. It’s a vibration. And more importantly, it’s R&B. It’s real singing man. It’s real singing. It’s an eargasm. And I’m sure the fans will absolutely love it”.

The Album is for sure a project to check out. And it’s safe to say Teyana Taylor is here to stay as an impactful artist and rising superstar.
