Tekashi 6ix9ine and Nicki Minaj Will Donate a Portion of ‘TROLLZ’ Single Proceeds to The Bail Project

Nicki Minaj is joining Akon on the list of rappers to work with Tekashi 6ix9ine after he snitched. Although there are no further details on the 69 and Akon collab, Nicki and 69 have announced that they will be releasing their second single together, “Trollz” on Friday.

Not too long after announcing the official release date of the forthcoming single, Nicki Minaj took to her social media to also announce that a portion of the proceeds from the single will be donated towards The Bail Project, in support of the Black Lives Matter movement. “A portion of the proceeds from #Trollz including merch items, will be going directly to The Bail Project Inc.,” the rapper penned. “The fund provides free bail assistance to low-income individuals who can’t afford to pay bail. #BlackLivesMatter #TrollzVIDEO tmrw @ midnight.”

The two have last been seen together, after collaborating on their single “FeFe” in 2018, which was certified, octuple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, (RIAA). It has been rumored recently that the Queen New York rapper has been going to the rainbowed haired rapper’s hideout in order to film the new music video.
