Cardi B Donates 20K Meal Supplement to NYC Frontline Workers

Cardi B has involuntarily become the voice of the coronavirus pandemic. Her hometown has become the epicenter of the deadly respiratory virus and the Bronx rapper is doing her part.

The Invasion of Privacy artist donated 20,000 bottles of a plant-based, vegan meal supplement called OWYN to New York City medical staff members.

Although meal supplements may not sound like a generous donation to some social media users with no money in their bank accounts, it’s extremely thoughtful. The pandemic has overwhelmed the country’s healthcare system and a filling meal on-the-go is realistic for all the frontline workers who are on the job.

Cardi B joins the growing list of celebrities and influencers who are all doing their part to help with the fight against COVID-19.
