2 Chainz Holds Down the Graduation For North Clayton High School Class of 2020

This insanely hectic school year has officially come to a close for students across metro Atlanta. Sadly, many of them were unable to have graduation ceremonies due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It seems everyone is looking to celebs to be vocal and active during this time of uncertainty. Luckily, North Clayton High School was able to have a ceremony for its students with the help of fellow alumni and Grammy-nominated recording artist 2 Chainz.

Not only were the students very grateful for the opportunity and thankful they got to celebrate with their classmates. But they were also empathetic to other students in Georgia and across the country who weren’t able to experience the same.

In a statement, 2 Chainz says he believes the “drive-thru” graduation was better in some ways, mainly because it’s more personal and less time-consuming.

Congrats to the North Clayton H.S. Seniors and all graduating seniors of 2020.
